touching, the consumer can go to the web page
of your company, or an online ordering page,
find your nearest office or exact location on
the interactive map or read through product
information or your entire catalogue. A payment
terminal, additional speakers, a printer and a camera
can be integratedinto the Prime model.
Consumers can use services such as completing
a registration form, even uploading a photograph,
for example to apply for a credit card. Goods can be
purchased through an online shop, customers can
video chat with customer support, or make an online
booking. The possibilities are limitless.
